But i still have issue with faint bur marks, which i can let it go, but thats not the solution. ![]() ![]() I do have problems with the lines too, struggle with months of complaining, finally i have CIMS System help me, i sent them a support file they analyze it, and it was related to the software, so i was told to update millbox, and the lines were gone (my reseller were saying could be calibration or tools and blah blah, didn’t even try to troubleshoot, im so disappointed with them, when it comes to us spending money to buy stuff from them, man they are as nice as they can be, they respond emails in minutes or they will call just like that). And they trouble shoot with videos, which the customer have to sent them. May be because of this, they don’t do phones anymore as there are too many unsatisfied customer with their service support. You have to fill out a form on their website. Speaking of Roland support, you can’t even call them.
